End-user license agreement for the SPD Operations app and the Shelby Pro Diesel customer portal.
1. Who may use it
SPD Operations (shop.shelbyprodiesel.com) is Shelby Pro Diesel's own business app. It is used by Shelby Pro Diesel's authorized staff and by its customers through the customer portal. It is not sold to the public or offered to other businesses.
2. License
Shelby Pro Diesel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app only for service on your vehicles (customers) or for your work at the shop (staff). You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or try to access other people's data.
3. Your account
Keep your PIN or sign-in codes private. Tell us right away if you think someone else used your account. We may suspend access to protect the security of the system.
4. Invoices and payments
Invoices, deposits, payment terms and reminders shown in the app reflect your service arrangements with Shelby Pro Diesel. Online payments are processed on Intuit QuickBooks' secure page under its own terms; the app does not store card or bank account data.
5. Information
How we use and protect information is described in our privacy notice.
6. No warranties
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but it may have interruptions or errors. Repair status shown in the app is informational; what you agreed with the shop governs. Service warranties are those stated on each order or document.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shelby Pro Diesel is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page. They are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
